Karim Sarhane is a US-trained consultant surgeon and surgeon-scientist whose career bridges three worlds- the academic intensity of Johns Hopkins, the rigor of American surgical training, and the rapidly evolving healthcare landscape of the United Arab Emirates. Today, he practices as a Consultant General and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi, while serving as an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Surgery at the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), where he is closely involved in teaching and mentoring the next generation of Emirati doctors.
